Join Ross Glickman of Red Hand Guitars for CAD and CAM demos and short crash courses throughout the festival. Red Hand Guitars is a luthiery specializing in both the handmade classic and hyper futuristic portions of the instrument building trade. They utilize both CNC tools and hand carving to maximize precision and beauty. In a Red Hand instrument you may find both +/-.001” accuracy fretwork, rough whittled elements, hand rubbed French polish and machine positioned bridges. They will be doing both computer aided design and computed aided manufacturing demonstrations during the festival, along with short crash courses for individuals interested in learning both.
